miqo charges for:

Whilst miqo is completely free to use for sellers, miqo offers the below payment options for buyers.

Option 1: Share purchase agreement (SPA)

miqo offers a bespoke share purchase agreement based on the heads of terms and Companies House documents to help you complete your deal.

Cost: £2,000

Option 2: Share purchase agreement and due diligence report

Buyers receive:

  • A custom share purchase agreement
  • A detailed due diligence report

This report reviews the seller's data and highlights any business risks. We will carefully review the AI generated due diligence report, and discuss any potential areas of concern in more detail.

Cost: £3,000

Option 3: Comprehensive package

Buyers receive:

  • A custom share purchase agreement
  • A detailed due diligence report
  • 10 hours of legal advice

We will:

  • Review the due diligence report
  • Assist with document filing
  • Manage any amendments to the share purchase agreement

This option is perfect for buyers using loans to fund the deal, as our legal team will work with lenders to tailor documents to their requirements.

Cost: £5,000

For high value or complex deals:

Please refer to our SRA-regulated partners, Rubric Law, who specialise in managing intricate transactions and can provide the expert legal advice necessary for more complicated acquisitions, including corporate, commercial, employment or property related matters.

Shareholders’ agreements:

There will be an additional cost of £500 per shareholders’ agreement.

*These fees cover everything you need to complete a transaction, including listing, valuation, and the generation of the following critical legal documents; non-disclosure agreement, due diligence questionnaire, heads of terms, and sales purchase agreement. Further legal advice can be provided at an additional cost.
